The actual product of Magnesium 400 mg caplets (long pills) is great! I have taken one caplet every day for years and love it. The photos for this product listing on Target’s website currently show 250 mg tablet (small round pills) dosing and are inaccurate. Very confusing.

I love target’s generics always such a great price and quality is without fail , great every time I purchase anything. I always repurchase this product as it is hard to find 400 mg magnesium and this is such a good price I have re-purchased multiple times highly recommend this product. my neurologist directed me to take 500 mg for my migraines. I had decided to try the Up & Up brand after running out of my other magnesium vitamin. I tried it and could tell this vitamin wasn’t as potent as I had horrible leg cramps the night I took it. I have continued to take and still have continued to have leg cramps. My leg cramps have been caused due to my pregnancy so maybe I just need a stronger supplement? Who knows why these haven’t worked for me. I will be switching back to the Sun-Down non-gmo brand. Both were about the same price.

I bought these because I read magnesium can help with period cramps and these did just that! I normally have very painful period cramps to the point where I take 3-4 ibuprofen pills in one day. Once I started taking these, I didn’t even need any ibuprofen at all. My cramps became so mild they were almost nonexistent!!
