Q: Should immediately apply any type of protectant/sealer on them to help extend their life? Is there a finish/varnish on any part of the chair? Can teak oil be used on these chairs later?

We bought these at the beginning of summer and had them out through summer and Fall and the wood started peeling and the cushions faded. We have them stored inside our garage for winter but do not buy, the quality is horrible, this should not happen after only a few months of use!
