Specially designed with your little one’s teeth and jaw in mind, the MAM Supreme Night Pacifier gives parents peace of mind by combining MAM's most beloved features. First, the specially designed nipple puts less pressure on babies' jaws and teeth, with a nipple that is 60% and 4 times more flexible** than a regular pacifier. It is clinically proven* to reduce the risk of open bite and increased overbite later in life, so you can rest assured that your little one’s favorite binky is safe for their development. Secondly, the wide openings on the pacifier shield create maximum air flow to protect baby's sensitive skin and prevent irritation. Third, these glow in the dark pacifiers helps keep baby's binky in sight without having to turn on the light. In addition to these combined features, MAM’s medically engineered nipples feature life-like, SkinSoft textured silicone that feels more natural, just like mom. Plus, use the included self-sterilizing storage case to disinfect the pacifiers and remove common household germs and bacteria. Just fill pacifier case with water, place pacifier in the pacifier case with the nipple facing down and follow pacifier package instructions for microwave setting. Cool completely before use. Pacifiers kept in the closed box will remain disinfected for up to 48 hours.

A: Hi there, the difference between the MAM Supreme and the MAM Air Night is that the Supreme's nipple neck is 60% thinner and 3 times softer than those of other pacifiers. In this way the pacifier can help to reduce the risk of misaligned teeth. The MAM Air Night has the same skin soft nipple as the MAM Original and has extra large opening on the shield for air to reach baby's face, as well as the glow in the dark feature when you sit it in the sunlight on your window sill during the day and the glow feature will work up to 7 hours overnight. Prefect for babies with sensative skin! The open sides allow for more air flow while keeping spit-up and drool from getting trapped underneath and irritating baby's skin. It also makes it easy for baby to grab onto and hold. I love the variety of designs and colors their pacifiers come in and the fact that they all come with their own sanitizing/carrying case. Easy to keep clean and throw in the diaper bag without having to worry about loosing your spare! A gift was offered in exchange for a review as part of a sampling program.

I started using these "binkys" 10 years ago with my special needs daughter who was a feeding tube baby. It was the only one she would take. Plus they were easy to clean and sterilize. I found a ton of comfort in knowing they were the top rated pacifier to prevent SIDS then and even now, 10 years later when I'm using them for my 20 month old. Naturally I went for MAM from the very beginning with my son when he was born and he has preferred them over any other binkys. But the glow in the dark ones!! Gahh. Could we have not had these 10 years ago?! They have saved me so so many times in the middle of the night. I can even find them without having to put my glasses on, haha, that's huge. Never once have I had an issue with them rubbing or irritating my babies little sensitive skin either. Love MAM and plan to use them with our baby due in July!!

I have used these pacifiers for all 3 of my children. They are a life saver for tired moms. They stay bright all night and are very easy to find. My children took to them no problem and the one used it until 3 years old and has great teeth still. i recommend this brand to all new moms. They are pretty cute too.

the glow in the dark option is a game changer! i no longer have to spend time searching around my daughters crib to find her missing pacifier in the middle of the night. we don't put her to bed without these. and I can rest assured that with MAM's design her teeth and mouth development won't be altered with MAM pacifiers
