Q: The package says "Granite & Stone". That should mean safe for natural stone products like travertine, correct? I used a pH test strip and it tests exceedingly acidic, not a neutral to base. What pH???
A: Hello Woody, Great question! The natural acid in this product is formulated at a very low level and is present to help maintain formula integrity for this product which is based on natural ingredients. The product can be used safely on sealed granite, man-made stone, sealed natural stone, and sealed marble surfaces. We would recommend not using the product on unsealed natural stone and unsealed marble. Hope this helps.- Eram
