I bought this product November of 2024. I have had other smart TV's but this one is different. They all have a setting that allows you to select a computer with it's own operating system. To use this monitor everything goes through the monitor's operating system. This OS is one similar to Linux and the processor included is not powerful, awful. I love the picture on the monitor but I use my Windows 11 desktop so I have to plug in a mouse to select my PC or use the small remote included. Then I can work on my computer using the monitor. I give the monitor picture 5 stars and more! I give the weak processor a 1. It isn't much trouble to bypass this but the extra steps and the extra mouse are a chore that gets old quick. The pointer for the Web OS system stays on even when I am working with my computer. A good programmer could fix this, I can't.

We just received this beautiful monitor. Very easy to set up. We work from home and the large screen with sharp detail and outstanding colors makes it a pleasure to do spreadsheets and prepare presentations. And, when we have a "handyman" project to do, it is easy to find an explanatory video and to see what is done in detail.
