I see a couple of scratches on the phone screen, other than that it looks new to me. It works good, it is not wanting to update to the latest software there is for it, I had a different S22 Ultra recently and it updated to the latest software version there is, now the phone shows a lower price than what I paid for it when I purchased it with my red card. Very happy with this purchase. Did not come in original box, but did come with charger. Sadly before I got a case for it, it fell out my pocket onto asphalt and got a scratch or two on the top side of phone, poor me, I’m a happy customer
