Q: Would this work if you stuck it to actual tiles? (I'm thinking to put around my fireplace)? Thanks in advance
A: I would't recommend it. Depending on the tiles, the grout lines may show. I wouldn't take the risk. I'm also buying this for a kitchen backsplash, though not behind a stove top or oven. It will melt.

For the tile, I always say that it will stick to this smooth surface, there is just a chance that you might see the grout lines depending on how deep they are. We hope this helps! - Jerith
