A: Hi Bearwalker - Thanks for your question! The Marcy Deluxe Fan Air1 Exercise bike does require assembly, but assembly is limited. the base frame and fan come preassembled. The arms, seat, and pedals are what is required to be assembled. Unfortunately there is not an option for preassembly through Target. I hope this helps!

Q: This bike can be used for all-around fitness....legs and arms. As well as upper body workout as well?
