Marie Callender's Frozen Sweet Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki Bowl - 12.3oz

Good mixture of rice, veggies, chicken. & pineapple. Sweet and savory blended well in this simple meal. Love having these on hand ar work and fill me up until dinner time. Not too salty nor sweet. Cooked thoroughly and well with directions. Like that the bowl isn't plastic as well. Great lunch meal!

Very good for something in a hurry, like a lunch break, or just don't feel like cooking dinner, very quick and easy peasy!

I cannot say enough good things about all of Marie's meals...but especially this one! What's not to like?! The flavor is delightful, especially the sweetness that the pineapple adds. The veggies are tender, colorful and have a nice variety. The chicken pieces are perfectly tender and flavorful. The calorie count is amazing...only 360 for all that food! Additionally, everything is natural; no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. This meal is perfect; if there were 6 stars, that's what I'd rate it. ALL her meals, though, are tasty and healthy, so I could just live on them forever!

I thought the sause was terrible could not eat it past three bites. Tried to give it a chance but my dog finished it. Will never buy this again.

This bowl is delicious and convenient when you need a quick on the go lunch. It tastes great. The portion size is perfect. It is definitely a healthier alternative than many microwave meals.

I would not recommend this product. This Marie Callender product was not up to their standards. The chicken was tough and chewy. The broccoli pieces were the ends and tough. One of the pineapple pieces was the stalk that was not edible.

The chicken teriyaki was not good. Chicken was nothing but gristle. No more Marie Callender's for ys.

About 50% of the time this product is delicious and the other 50% not so much as the broccoli in particular is all unpeeled stems and pieces making it unappetizing and almost inedible. I’ve purchased it several times with mixed results and won’t be buying it again.

I bought this dinner on 8/1/24 at my local grocery store. It looked so delicious - I knew I'd prepare it for my dinner as soon as I got home. After putting away my other groceries, I followed your microwave directions, but I found that I was very, VERY disappointed. So much so, that I checked the expiration date on the box - not out of date. I wondered if my 2 feral cats would at least like a special "chicken" treat. They're not fussy - they eat everything - they're wild ferals. I set aside only the "chicken" pieces, cutting them into smaller bites, and rinsed them thoroughly - thinking cats probably would refuse pineapple or peppers. They came running as soon as they saw their bowls. My feral cats have never turned down any meal - ever! But, this "chicken" was so bad, even my feral cats walked away after just 1 sniff. I don't think you can get a worse review than that. So, I may continue to buy your frozen pasta dinners and pies, but sadly, I will not be buying this product again. In a nutshell, MC "Chicken" is questionable as an edible product. It is mysteriously rubbery, chewy, seriously over processed, and could not even be feral cat approved! I hope your review committee will read this, make the necessary chances, as I know there will be a market for a really high quality MC frozen dinner containing real and delicious chicken - just not this one right now. Thank you for your consideration and time.

I bought this expecting a sweet teriyaki sauce, but it fell flat on its face as to a teriyaki flavor. I can make a better teriyaki sauce from a recipe than I encountered with your frozen meal. I will not be buying this again.

I have bought this several times my only recommendation would be more than one water chestnut in a bowl

This is the best dinner I’ve ever tried. Flavor is fabulous and the amount of veggies is unreal. I’ve been eating this one for a couple of years. It’s eaten at least twice a week. Love it. Please don’t stop making it.

I have never been a fan of frozen dinners of any kind, I have always been a pretty darned good cook. People loved being invited to our house for dinner. But as we've gotten older and developed some health issues we just don't enjoy it so much anymore. Our supermarket had these bowls on sale at a ridiculously low price and the pictures on the box made them look appealing. We bought five different ones planning to just use them on those nights when we either didn't have time to cook or were too exhausted by other activities to have any interest in doing it. We didn't expect to actually enjoy it. Then we prepared this one and wow! We loved it just "as is". I had expected to have to add some seasonings or something, but that proved unnecessary. Since then we've tried another one and liked that one too. I think Marie may become a very frequent guest in our kitchen!

It's actually my first time trying this, normally. I just get the chicken teriyaki. I didn't notice until after I bought it about the sweet pineapple before But I mean as far as time wise. It only takes a few minutes, and you've got something that tastes great. It's hot and doesn't take all day to make. You can eat it and be on your way. So it's perfect if you don't have time to cook for an hour.

recently I have been on a protein kick and I didn’t notice these had 20grams when buying, that was a pleasant surprise. usually expect something microwaveable to be good tasting and good for you. definitely will be buying these again.
