A: Hi Dennie, thank you for reaching out. This product is machine washable. Please machine wash cold separately with gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, remove promptly. Do not iron. If there is no free movement in the washer or dryer, use large capacity commercial washer/dryer. You are able to find the care instruction on the wash label as well. Q: Does the controller have a timer?
A: Dear customer, thank you for the question. The controller provides 3 secure heat settings to easily find your preferred comfort level and a 2 hour auto shut off timer ensures your safety. But it doesn't remember the heat and time setting and needs to be reset every night. Hope this helps and happy shopping!
