My family and I use it in the kitchen in front of the kitchen sink, but it can be used in multiple different spots throughout the house or office. I used to get back, leg, and foot pain while washing the dishes. Since having this Martha Stewart Mira Air Mat, I don't get those pains anymore. It has been such a relief. It is very comfortable, and I really like how great it looks and how well made it is. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in the market for one. You will not be disappointed.

It squishes under my feet and feels exceptionally pleasant when I stand on it in bare feet! The texture is very comfortable. My entire family loves to stand on this thing (although it can only fit two of us comfortably). The color is a nice neutral gray which I think works in any kitchen.

While it took a bit of adjustment due to its slightly elevated positioning, I was surprised that even when I accidentally tripped over it, the mat stayed firmly in place, demonstrating its great anti-slip properties. Yes, it does sit a touch higher, particularly when I wear cushioned house slippers, elevating me a bit more from the sink. Nonetheless, I find I don't even need my extra comfy shoes while standing on this mat. My husband also appreciates its quality and comfort. He mentioned how it truly ties the kitchen together and makes standing tasks much more enjoyable. Cleaning this mat is a breeze – easy to sweep and spot-clean. This has helped to alleviate that. It’s thick and cushioned with a neutral look. Tapers at the sides which is nice but I am still getting used to that part.

We recently got the adjustable height computer desks so that we could stand while working. This mat works amazingly well for standing! After being used to sitting most of the day, I now stand at least 4 - 6 hours at work. It wouldn't be possible without this mat. It's soft, yet supports my feet. Absolutely love this!

No, I a man not laying down on it, But I bet it would rival a good mattress if it were slightly longer! The anti fatigue quality is so much better than other products that I have tried on my kitchen floor in the past. I wish I could have wall-to-wall flooring all over my house like this. The one draw back for me is that my cats think it is a scratching pad, so I have to cover it with a towel while I am at work. I would recommend this in multiples so that you have one in front of the stove and one in front of the sink for hand washing dishes. It is a great product and value for money!

Soft on the feet, stylish and built with tapered edges to avoid tripping hazards. Not sure if they come in a larger size, but I would be interested in a "runner" style may like this.

It is very comfortable to stand on but I have to be very careful walking across the floor because it is very thick. I walk with a rolling walker and when I hit the mat it sometimes makes my walker tilt< I have to be very careful so I don't fall. I like the diamond design pattern on the top and the gray goes great with the floors. It is well made and will last a long time and it is a really good value for your money. It will save your back. The thickness is the reason for the four stars. I wish it wasn't as thick as it is. I would recommend to others.

I have a bad knee, so I wasn't able to stand on the hard tile floor for very long periods of time. Now with this fantastic cushion rug I can stand there much longer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this Martha Stewart Kitchen Mat but more importantly, my legs love the feel of the mat. I cook and bake a lot and my feet and back both feel it if I don’t used an anti-fatigue mat. My old one was losing its support and this one is great. Initially, it felt a little stiff but I think that the extra, new support actually helps. I even move it around in my kitchen if I need to stand at one particular location for a long period of time. The surface texture almost feels like fabric but it wipes clean easily and doesn’t show every little water drop.
