I have been using this for for me and mostly my son for over a year and we love it! The taste is light and easily goes down. Anytime my son starts showing any signs of sickness I give him the Mary Ruth Zinc and VItamin C and most of the time he stays healthy and in school. I love the Mary Ruth products and believe they work keeping my son healthy and giving him those extra vitamins when he needs it!

Zinc sulfate, the zinc used in this product, is the least effective form of zinc. The multi mineral supplement uses zinc citrate, which is easily used by the body. I've been using it for a couple of years and now will be using the mineral supplement.

I was worried about whether or not this would have a bad taste, but I was pleasantly surprised! I personally love the subtle taste!!

We decided to try this for any time the kids seem to be starting a cold and sniffle. My child loves it. It has a slight berry flavor. The dose is 3 small droppers. This has helped us stop colds before they ramp up. Yay!

I have never been able to take zinc before due to it making me instantly sick. I was told to try this zinc so I did. I have not gotten sick once and can even take it on an empty stomach! I have also noticed that I have been able to stay healthy when everyone else around me has gotten sick.

I've searched high and low for a liquid zinc that would work and this is the only one that works for the entire family and actually works! Our health has emproved in just a month of using this!

I've being buying this Zinc almost for more than a year it has high quality and quantities sources but recently the box was changed and no longer say ketogenic, celiac and bariatric nor gluten free friendly which means is not completly natural as it advertised. If you guys are "rebranding" this product again at least let us know as a consumer and then we decide if we will continue buying or not. I might stop buying this product if this is not the original awesome and completely natural zinc I was used to drink.

I recommend taking these with a meal so you dont feel queasy. There is a taste but it isn't harsh and does not linger- but it is not a good taste.

Years ago I purchased cough drops by a well known company that contained zinc. I was impressed at how quickly my cold was over. I've been looking for those cough drops for a couple of years but they seem to have disappeared. I finally decided to try on-line and came across Mary Rose's products. I ordered the zinc and tried just three drops - not pumps, just drops, in my morning tea. My congestion cleared up before noon. Then I tried five drops in my water at night. I didn't have any congestion all night. I try to be conservative with any supplements I take. My diet consists of foods that are supposed to supply zinc, but I guess I don't eat enough of them. I'm 75 and don't eat like I used to. I am so impressed with the liquid zinc that I will be purchasing other products by this company.
