I was taking another store brand and wasn’t seeing much improvement. So I heard of Mary Ruth’s and thought I’d try it well it’s the only probiotic that my body has agreed to and I probably won’t go back to any others.

Since I’ve started taking the 3-in-1 daily, I am more regular, and my digestion as a whole has improved. The capsule is not difficult to swallow and has minimal to no taste

I just received mine in the mail a couple of days ago and I was very excited to start them as I read a lot of amazing reviews. Unfortunately I am not tolerating them well at all. I think I may have an allergy to one of the additives. I tried them twice and both time’s my skin started to burn and itch very badly. I have taken many different probiotics in my life and never experienced this before so I don’t think it’s normal. I ordered the kids probiotics for my kids that only has MCT oil added to it and I may try those instead. Hopefully in the future they will make this product pure with no unnecessary additives as well.

Does not work. I have been using this since October and my hair has not changed. Still thinning and falling out. Super upsetting since the product is pretty expensive. Sad it didn’t live up to the hype
