This B Complex is another product that I never want to be without! I keep several bottles in stock just in case. I love that is is liquid and absorbs well. The flavor is great and I can take it alone without mixing it with something elses if I want to. I usually put in in with my morning multivitamin just because that it the easiest thing to do. Best of all it doesnt stink like B complex capsules that I was taking before. Awesome product Mary Ruth!!

I was so worried about the taste but everything I've gotten so far from MaryRuth's has tasted great. This cherry taste is not strong. It's not particularly delicious, but it's not disgusting and the taste dissipates pretty easily. I bought this for my energy, and I'm not sure quite yet if it's working (I haven't been particularly consistent quite yet because of the holidays). But, I'm going to still keep taking it because it has all the vitamins I want to take.
