Loved this product so I ordered two more. It now has glycerine in it. So disappointed that everything HAS to taste like sugar nowadays. It's ok to have it simply taste or like iodine. Sending them back.

I've been learning about iodine and the multiple health benefits. This product has been easy to take because it's tasteless. It's super easy to add to other supplements and have my teen and husband take without a fuss.

My doctor recommended this to me to help support thyroid imbalances I was having and it helped me tremendously! Tastes great and the bottle lasts a very long time. I liked to mix the droppers into my liquid multi in the morning and take as a shot. Highly recommend!

Two things I'd like to mention first because I've read a lot of other people's reviews-- 1. This is a 15 month supply, so the 2 drop serving size is quite literally, 2 drops. (NOT full droppers). 2. Almost all supplements and vitamins take about a full month before the body starts to respond significantly. Sometimes longer. It is definitely possible to see the effects much sooner, but the most noticeable may or may not show signs until long and continuous use. Also, unless you have a diagnosed iodine deficiency, you may not notice much of a difference in your day to day life. Okay now my own personal review! I've been taking this for about three weeks after getting my nutritional test results back and discovering a significant deficiency in iodine and several other vitamins that are crucial to thyroid health. I decided to get tested after not being able to figure out why I was so exhausted and feeling very foggy and just not myself. I've been vegetarian for a few years and the first two were definitely not he healthiest. I switched all of my vitamins to Mary Ruths and I already feel much better. The liquid form is definitely easier on my stomach and I feel like It's absorbed better. The taste is totally unnoticeable, the color is clear, and it mixes well into plain water. I know it will take some more time, but I'm just excited to get my health back on track and eventually get back to feeling like my full self.

I love that there isn't much of a flavor. I am looking forward to seeing how this helps me.

I can’t give this a review because I had to stop taking the drops due to it was giving me heart flutters.

I am so happy I found this! Even when I was a kid my mom would tell me to eat something with salt when I got moody so I could get my iodine. I take this now to help with mood, hot flashes, and hormonal weight gain. It is so helpful! I can always feel it during the next 24 hours after I take it gently balancing me. Best of all, you only need one drop. My one bottle will last me years.

It is a weaker solution of nascent iodine than what I have found at other websites and for more money than the same volume at a higher percentage of iodine.
