I've been using this product for a couple of years now because of the quality and value . The quality has remained consistent the whole time . I never realized it had 40% of my recommended amount of magnesium. I ran out once and I noticed my energy level seemed less that day so I got something else , at a much higher price , at a local drug store . I stock up on extra when it goes on sale now so I won't run out .

Not as good as the fermented beets. Adding fermented foods to our diet can help us introduce additional probiotics (beneficial bacteria) to our digestive system in a natural way and less sugar.

I have seen the TV commercials and scientific studies related to beets and found this product from Mason. I am taking to help reduce blood pressure and improve enery levels. It also contains magnesium which provides many additional health benefits.

I love the the benefits of beets .just in case i run out of my. Canned pickled beets from the store i know i can count on my supplement from swanson vitamins to have every day. The added magnesium ensure that i am doing something good for my body. To be the best i can physically .even if my day is so busy that i cant squeeze in a hour of exercise im sure we all have those days .
