Q: My combination isn't working anymore - I haven't had these locks very long. Please post a resolution to this issue as it's obviously recurring, and I'm not paying someone to come saw these locks off.

Q: Same exact issue as multiple others. This lock is clearly a malfunctioning model. Master Lock won't admit it I'm sure. But this model is a mess.

Q: I have the same problem with my lock as another person did. The lock won't open with the correct combination. I would avoid this lock and get a different one.

Q: I don know why this lock suddenly can't be opened. It's just locked and my password isn't available anymore.

Q: If you forgot combination how can I get my lock open and reset combo?
A: The combination is unique to you. Sorry the lock is not designed to open any other way.

Q: Is the shank smaller than the old combo locks? The old ones are to large to go into the new lockers receptical. Need for grandson's Gym Locker
A: The shackle clearance for this lock has not been changed. Dimensions are: Shackle Diameter: 3/16in (5mm) Shackle Vertical Clearance: 1in (25mm) Shackle Horizontal Clearance: 9/16in (14mm)

Q: Is it TSA approved?
A: This lock is not TSA-Accepted for travel. Please look for any Master Lock product that includes a red diamond logo, representing TSA acceptance.
