The bottom of the puzzle box was all smashed in but the shipping box was not....that tells me that my product was picked from the warehouse that way and that thought makes me mad.

I am happy with all my purchases. The difference from the order date and the delivery date is just too long. Other catalog companies have much quicker processing and delivery time. For the prices you charge for shipping, please work on a speedier delivery. Thank you.
