This is the first time using unrefined sea salt. Great flavor. I like it better than pink salt. Can use less because it is potent. Just a pinch does the job. It is moist. I put a teaspoon in a cup to dry before use, because I find it easier to sprinkle.

A little corse for use as a table slt, but otherwise a good tasting salt. Works good fore cooking, or baking.
