It's been two and a half weeks since I bought this set and have yet to receive anything but an initial confirmation email for the purchase. My target account says the order is still "Preparing to Ship" even though it's blown through three "Expected Delivery Dates" already with no indication that I'm ever going to be shipped this product EVEN THOUGH the money has been taken from account. I bought the set when it said it was still in stock, but ever since I did, the listing has been "Out of Stock" which makes me doubt it was ever "In Stock" to begin with. I'll wait yet another week for this new "Expected Delivery Date" but I would rather just get the refund at this point so I can buy a shampoo & conditioner set that will actually ship to me. I guess I'll have to chat with an agent to cancel the order since there's been no option to under my account despite what the HELP section on here says.
