Mattel Card Games - Classic Game of UNO - Buzz Lightyear Family Game Night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m definitely bias against this game because the movie was so horrible but since I collect uno and received this as a gift I had to play it and it’s safe to say it was actually really good all the licensed unos have one new wild card to spice up the game and this one turns every card into a skip card until someone changes the color and that’s a really good rule

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been playing the UNO Disney and Pixar Lightyear Card Game. It has been very fun for our family to play together. Our kids enjoy the game of UNO and this version was another great experience. It’s easy to follow along with putting down the same color or number on your turn as usual. The Wild Hyperspeed Card was an exciting new feature of skipping players until the color is changed. My kids liked seeing the card graphics with all the Lightyear characters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls ages 7 and 8 played with this. My 4 almost 5 year old watched and then was able to join. My 3 year old only watched. This is a great version of the classic Uno. The cards are well crafted and durable which I appreciate. The box is sturdy and is still being used after 2 weeks (i.e. hasn't collapsed and needed to be stored in a different container). The special action card of hyperspeed was hard for my older girls to understand and put in to practice themselves, but you do eventually get the hang of it. I understand the allure of an added rule, but not sure it was necessary (hence the 4 star, otherwise it's an obvious 5 stars) you can also take those cards out of game play.

The Uno card game has fantastic images of the new characters as well as a new card that only this version of Uno uses. It’s easy to play, especially if your family is already Uno fiends like ours!

He cant wait to see the new movie when it comes out. We are huge disney fans in our household and this game was a must have! We like to play on rainy days or even bring to dance competitons to help make time go by faster.

Also, the graphics on the cards have gotten the kids excited to see the new Lightyear movie once it comes out! To Infinity and Beyond!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I love playing this new version of Uno. Very detailed with bright colors and characters. Our favorite is the cat but Buzz does look more real than cartoon. Well made and instructions are easy to follow too.

She was constantly asking to play with her older siblings, they never wanted her to touch their cards. Now she has her own and plays as much as she can. And she loves the buzz light-year and friends pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A classic. We played this game on and off through the past years. We played tonight using the lightyear UNO card and it was fun. The kids enjoyed playing light year UNO. This is a great strategy game that is fun for everyone. The cards are just the right size for my 10 and 8 year old to handle (smaller hands). Great quality. Easy to bring for road trips, game night with friends, weekends, holidays and just any rainy day night. What I did not like, nothing biggie, it was hard to open the box that I have to rip it off.

The box looks just like the advertisement and the cards inside look like the ones pictured on the front of the box. The cards are good quality and no not bend unless being misused. It's normal Uno rules, but the different pictures on the cards give it a fun twist. Definitely recommend to anyone who is a Lightyear fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great game for the family. Having the new characters from Disney’s New Lightyear movie was a good addition. The cards are smaller than the classic UNO game from the 90s. It was too advanced for my 4 year old daughter but I was able to make a “Go Fish” game that was just as enjoyable.

My youngest was actung like he was Buzz after we played. And everyone loves Uno. Will definitely be a must when we take the camper out.

My kids (6&8) were already familiar with the regular Uno and was able to pick up the new rule right away. If you only have 4 players, it can bounce between two person for a while. I thought the art was fun but honestly my kids didn’t spend any time looking at it. It’s definitely run but not sure worth it if you already have the regular Uno cards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the original uno this one holds soo much more excitement with kids. Keeps us entertained for a few hours we play this uno every family night would highly recommend these if you love the regular uno give these a try 10/10 for sure.

They loved the pictures of all of the characters and loved the special rule included in the game! I would recommend this product for boys and girls alike. Great game at home or on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Uno is a favorite pass-time in our family. We have so many different variations and this one is a great addition! For starters it’s Uno. You know it, you love it. This edition has 2D art of the characters from the new Lightyear movie. As with every themed edition of Uno, this one has a special card unique to this edition. The wild hyperspace card. The player that uses that card chooses a color and it moves to the next player, if that player has the chosen color, the next player is skipped. This continues until a player matches the number on the discard pile of a different color. It takes some getting used to, but it is a fun twist on the classic game.
