Arbiter has one goal: to track down Heretic Leader Sesa 'Refumee and eliminate his cell. The Arbiter's quest set is, in my opinion, a must-have for those who love old-school Halo. The Arbiter and the Heretics are made with good quality and weapons to wield, only downside for them is you must assemble them rather than them coming pre-built. However, the Banshee takes the cake for the best build Mega has done of the ship in a while! On top of having an more accurate design, the ship had hidden weapon launchers for play, perfectly secluded under the front hull. Oh, and don't forget the gold parts. This set has enough parts to make one of two different Banshees, the normal purple one or the Heretic version. All in all, this is a great set with incredible value and if you want some good Covenant ships, this set is a proper choice!
