Maui Jim Orchid Fashion Sunglasses

The sunglasses are a nice heft and very comfortable. The lenses truly provide a rosy and very clear view in multiple different light conditions - from bright sun to the last vestiges of the daylight glow. My only problem with them is that they have a truly tortoise shell frame which I don’t like because it is too classic. When I was looking at the website before ordering I thought that Maui Jim had added another layer of cool by making the tortoise shell frames a “raspberry” version instead of the classic brown version. So I was disappointed that the frames were not more interesting. I wanted sunnies that were rosy all over - a tough color to come by. And, I already have another pair of fancy Maui Jims in with a soft brown motif. I like to match my glasses to my outfits, so a rosier pair would have fit better in my collection. Nevertheless, they are high quality and comfortable, so they will still get plenty of wear.

These are beautiful. I feel so posh wearing them and the view through the lenses is clear and comfortable. As many others have said, they are loose. Before I had them tightened, the only time they would not slip down was when driving (not moving AT ALL). The woman who tightened mine (at Sunglass Hut) said she returned hers for this reason. She said they are top (or maybe front) heavy and have spring-loaded arms so they will never stay up on your head. Meaning they'll fall off and scratch. Meaning that you can never push them up there. Always need to take them off and hold them or put them in the case, which is a hassle when stopping in and out of places. Now that the sides are tighter from the adjustment they don't seem like they'll slip down my face at least. They are so beautiful that I actually am keeping them. Maui Jim, if you read reviews, please have your designers work on this issue.

I recently bought these in the Raspberry Tortoise. They look awesome! The lenses have great optics and are very clear. I love the pop of the raspberry color on them. They are stylish but I also wear them running and walking and they stay on just fine. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been wearing Maui Jim’s for 31 years and the quality has really declined. The lenses aren’t glass for the price they should be. Plastic lenses scratch too easily. Very disappointing & I love Maui Jim & have owned many different styles.

Amazing colorization with these lenses. Perfect for protecting eyes, and the world looks so beautiful. The style is universal, flattering, and timeless. Really comfortable, too. I hope these are made for many years, but have stocked up in case they aren’t.

This is my second pair! I scratched the lens on my previous pair right at my eyesore so I bought another pair as they are my go to sunglasses!

I love my Maui Jim Orchid's and are now obsessed with the brand. These are my go-to-sunglassed and I recently scratched the lense and had the lens replaced. The style, performance and protection Maui Jim provides is unmatched.

These are by far my most favorite pair of sunglasses I have! I was a little skeptical about paying as much as I did but they are well worth it!

I really loved my old ones. These are not as sturdy. Quality is not as good as my old ones.

I only wear Maui Jim’s, this is my 7th rose pair. They seemed to fit fine at the store but when they took out a new pair from drawer, these were a bit looser and because they are big and heavy, they slide down my face. Sadly I can not wear them.

This is exactly what I needed. It covers my eyes, no sunlight in. I highly recommend this style.

Here's how much I love this pair.... the ocean "stole" them from me on a recent trip and I was so mad at myself! I was wading in the Outer Banks and a large wave came in and knocked then off of my head and into the water which swept then away instantly! We never found them so...I ordered another pair. Needless to say, won't be wearing them around the waves again!! They are sooo comfortable and block the sun perfectly!

I have always loved Maui Jim's! There is no other for me!!

These are cute but they are so front heavy that they slide down my nose constantly and are very uncomfortable to wear honestly. I had them adjusted to tighten the back around my ears, it helped but just doesn’t change the fact that they are SO heavy.

I love these sunglasses, the quality is great and the clarity of the lenses is amazing. I love the Maui rose tint it makes every thing look so colorful.

The glasses are beautiful and perfect vision outside in the sun.
