The company dropped their price for a day, so 8 bought this bed- and the following day the order was cancelled, and the price increased significantly. I called to get an explanation, and the customer service representative just said “there was nothing she could do” and was very rude and hing up on me halfway through our conversation. I would never order from this company based on their customer service. I have seen this reported on many other sites as well. Beware!!!

Bought the wrong bed on accident but I still love this one. Pros: bed is sturdy and fun Cons: drill is essential unless you have strong hands. Manual is lacking efficiency and instruction.
