Beautiful and lays completely flat!

I finally have a stroller that lays completely flat. I don't understand how more strollers do not have a lay flat option these days. My toddler has been having a rough go at naps lately so pushing around in a stroller where they can fully recline and lay flat is amazing. My main issue with the seat is that my toddler is very tall and I wish the seat were a little longer. I am also quite tall and being able to extend the handle bar not only made it a smoother ride for my toddler but also myself. The light color of the seat is gorgeous and makes it look very high end but definitely makes me nervous for dirty shoes and having to clean it. The seat cushion is padded but not sure it's a selling point for me. Another feature I'm loving is the 360 extendable canopy. It was finally a sunny fall day where I was able to adjust to max capability to keep the sun out of my napping toddlers face. It's getting quite cold where we live so we took lots of extra blankets and coats on our walk. All of which fit great in the large basket. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller. We are very happy to have a stroller that provides max comfort for our child while using it.

MVP of storage and functionality

I received this stroller from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest opinion. This stroller has exceeded my expectations. My daughter enjoys facing out and being able to take in the scenery on our walks but sometimes she needs to feel close to me, so the fact that I am able to easily switch the orientation of the seat is an invaluable feature. The seat is comfortable and roomy. The bottom of the seat is shaped perfectly for comfortably resting feet. The extended sunshade is very important for us because my kids have fair skin and we try to limit sun exposure whenever possible while still being able to enjoy the outdoors. The real MVP of this stroller goes to the shape and opening of the storage basket. I have never owned or seen another stroller that allows me to put my massive diaper bag in it. With all the other strollers, I couldn't even shove it in the basket if I tried. I've always had to hang it from the handle bar, which is a huge tipping hazard. It isn't very deep but as long as all of my belongings are in bags I have no worries of anything falling out. The only gripe I have is I noticed a large scratch on the frame after our first walk. It could have arrived that way and I didn't notice. But I don't purchase strollers for aesthetics, I'm more about comfort and functionality, so it personally doesn't bother me. I had planned on taking a compact travel stroller on our cruise/two days at Disney next summer, but after using this stroller for a few weeks I think I've changed my mind. The functionality of this stroller can't be competed with. It will be perfect for on-the-go naps, lugging around everything we need, sun protection, and it isn't super bulky which was my number one worry about bringing a full size stroller on a cruise ship. I highly recommend this Maxi-Cosi Tayla Max stroller not only as an everyday stroller, but also as the perfect travel stroller.

Great Mid-Size Travel Stroller

Great mid-size travel stroller with multiple seat options and easy collapsing system. Easy set up! Collapsing the stroller is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, its easy. The frame is sturdy and maneuvering is smooth. Safety wise, the 5 point harness allows me to know my little guy is secure while still being comfortable in the seat. It also comes with a warm side and a cool side to the seat insert, accommodating warm and cooler temperatures. I would give it a 9/10 overall. It will definitely be my go-to stroller for quick outings and traveling.

Luxury stroller for a great price

I received this product from Stellar Product Reviews in exchange for my honest review. This stroller is amazing. Coming from a mom who is a slight stroller addict and has tried/owned several different types and models, this one is for sure, top of the line. One of my favorite features that is not common on the modular strollers, is the ability to turn the seat into a bassinet! You don't have to buy a separate bassinet. This blew my mind. It lays completely flat with high walls to keep baby safe inside while you push. I don't have a baby that I was able to physically test it with but I can say without doubt, it would work amazing for a newborn. I have a 2 year old toddler that I use it for currently. She seems to like it the stroller. It has good padding for the kid that can be reversed to either be cooling or warming for different seasons. The seatbelt is very easy to put on and has padded shoulder straps. The seat also has several recline positions, including all the way flat. There is a nice extended canopy that can be zipped out of shorter canopy and covers the entire seat! The fact this is included and not a paid add on is amazing to me. It also includes a nice rain cover! The basket is very spacious which is always a plus for us mamas who have to bring everything but the kitchen sink everywhere we go. The included cup holder is nothing fancy but does the job. I love the telescopic push handle as I am very short and my husband is taller. We can both be comfortable when pushing. It's super easy to fold and unfold and I love that it can stand on its own when folded! I wouldn't call it heavy but also wouldn't call it light. I'm petite but can manage to get it into the trunk on my own. It is so smooth to push and has great shock absorbency as well. I love the colors and the leather accents on it. It is definitely a luxury looking and feeling stroller for a less than luxury price. The only thing I wish I could do is convert it to a double. Highly recommend!!

I was given the Maxi Cosi Tayla max to try thanks to the Stellar Product testing panel. I will start with the fact that I'm a bit of a stroller snob. I typically like high-end brands with beautiful colors, fabrics, leather handlebars, suspension systems, etc. I have owned 20+ strollers in the course of motherhood over the last 7 years and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials used on the Tayla Max. The leather handlebar, the sturdy frame, plush fabrics, etc. I made a list of Pros/Cons for those who may be wondering. Pros Telescoping Handlebar Easy Fold Large Canopy Big Storage Basket Great Push & Manuevarability. Easy to switch between all 4 modes. Ability to switch the seat to front-facing or parent-facing. Good price point, better than the competition. Cons While easy to fold, I struggle to unfold this stroller every time I use it. The look of the seat when not used as a bassinet.

Pushes like a dream

I used the Maxi-Cosi Tayla stroller immediately after receiving the product from Stellar Product Testing Panel in the mail. It just so happened that I was running errands with my mother. She was the first to test out the Tayla stroller and immediately told me, "This pushes like a dream!" I was amazed how smooth it was! I was in a tight aisle and was easily able to turn and navigate with this stroller. It didn't feel bulky or difficult. Not only that, I had to push the stroller with one hand often during this shopping trip. It was so easy! Unfortunately, I have a 3 row car that has absolutely NO SPACE in the truck. Rarely can I transport anything in my trunk. I was so excited because the Tayla actually fit in there easily! The reason why is because the seat can be removed and turned either facing forward or backward. I was able to fold the stroller frame, place it in my trunk and the seat was put in my front seat. Easy as that! I was very excited. Next, let's talk about the seat. I love the fact that I can rear face to provide less distractions for the baby, especially at a young age or even nap time. Forward facing allows the baby to interact and see the world and there is even an option to lay the baby flat in a bassinet type seating. This is an absolutely amazing feature for infants. Having the capability as well as the different options for seat arrangements makes this stroller the only one you'll need during your child's journey! There is a small con in the fact that there is very little under basket storage. A diaper bag will fit there at most. The only other con I see in this stroller is a big one with the opening and closing of the stroller. In order to open the stroller, you have to put your foot on the back of the basket and push down with your foot while simultaneously pulling up on the handle. I'm pretty fit and flexible and this was difficult for me. Unfortunately, our nanny does not have the same fitness level.

My New Favorite Stroller

I'm been a big believer of my current stroller, but this Maxi-Cosi offers enough features to make me change my mind. It's incredibly stylish, sophisticated and well-designed to start. The neutral linen color is spot on. I love the flat surface in the undercarriage, the removeable padding in the seat will make cleaning a breeze, and the adjustable of the seat, handle and canopy are perfectly engineered. The lay-flat design of the seat also eliminates the need to purchase a separate bassinet or pram. I like the double locking system on the wheels and the maneuverability is a dream. I'll admit it took some practice before I could collapse and open the stroller with ease, but now I have it figured out. I would recommend this to my best friend without a second thought. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I absolutely love it! It's very light weight and easy to get in and out of my car and set up and collapse. Having the option to have my baby facing me or facing out is essential. My daughter loves the upright position when she's wide awake. It seems to make her feel more like she's a part of all the action. She slept so well with the seat reclined with the warmer cushioning. I like the idea of having two fabrics to use based on the weather. Since it's been cold, I only used the warmer fabric, which I felt kept my baby warmer. The canopy does a great job protecting my baby from the sun and rain. It's very easy to use, but I wish I could see her better in the upright position. The hand rail is very comfortable. I don't love the cup holder. I'd like it better if it were inside the hand rail. The cup holder hit several doorways and whatnot being on the outside. The storage is great. I like that it has a flat surface on the bottom. It made it easy to get my diaper bag in and out of and was very accessible. My favorite part of the stroller is how easy it is to open it. Only needing one hand and a foot is so nice when carrying tons of things and keeping track of several kids.

The maxi cosi Tayla stroller is an amazing lightweight stroller option for any family with newborns and toddlers alike! The reversible seat feature is quick and easy for swapping children from front to rear facing. Possibly the best feature for a curious tike! The front facing sitting position was great for store runs while the reclining position came in handy for walks. The wheels provide an extra smooth ride on various terrain which is great for all lifestyles. This amazing stroller has subtle finishes that truly give a luxury feel such as the leather finished handle & removable parent cup holder. I love the bassinet option for walking in the park with my newborn while the peekaboo feature gives me easy viewing access for all my mom fears. The 360 canopy feature ensures baby sun protection & privacy. The shield is amazing for a full coverage option and easy to conceal with a hidden zipper. I appreciate that this stroller is completely able to stand alone while folder for easy storage. This stroller can easily fit folded in the trunk of our truck. Overall, the maxi cosi tayla stroller is a top option when selecting baby strollers & our family was so happy to receive this product from the stellar product testing panel.

Chic and Cozy Stroller!

I received the Maxi-Cosi Tayla™ Max Modular Stroller through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! I wanted to say how much I enjoyed this stroller. To start, the look of this stroller alone is amazing. It's chic and it's clean and I have received so many compliments while out and about regarding the look of it. My child is starting to sit up now and we loved the options to have the seat laying back or sitting upright. We love our morning walks and my child was able to fall asleep peacefully and stayed asleep in the stroller. Because he was asleep, we took advantage of the awesome 360 degree canopy where he was blocked by the sun but I could still check in on him to make sure he was asleep! There are two fabric types, one more breathable and the other a bit more warm. Because it's getting cooler in New England we have been using the warmer fabric and he's so soft, and so chic! When it gets warmer out in the summer we will be taking advantage of the breathable fabric! My favorite feature of this stroller are the leather handles for the look and the way the seat can recline and remain upright, especially for my child's age it is so convenient for all of our tasks during the day! I would recommend this stroller for other parents it's awesome for children at any age!

This stroller is both functional and trendy. It definitely grows with the baby because of the carriage and traditional sitting up mode. The fabric and materials used to make the stroller are high quality and it was fun to be able to choose between two fabric types. It is a bigger stroller (spacious too) but I have no trouble fitting it in my SUV trunk. It rides so smoothly and the 360 degree shade canopy has great coverage for my little one. The folding/unfolding of it took a couple trys but then I got the hang of it. I also LOVE the ease of all the reclining options the stroller offers. That my baby can face both me or forward facing was a cool feature I've never seen before. Overall, it is a quality stroller that is very versatile and plush…my baby I can tell is very comfortable in it, and that's all I ask for as a mom! I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Strollers are a big ticket item for most parents and there are so many on the market now, it can be tough to find the right fit for your family! I really like Maxi Cosi's Tayla Max Modular Stroller. It was really easy to put together right out of the box and I love the look, including the reversible seat insert to customize it! The cushion is really soft and is comfortable. The seat has multiple settings that are easy to switch between, giving you flexibility depending on you and your little one's preferences. I really like the lay-flat option for naps on-the-go! One unique thing about this stroller is that you can lock the front swivel wheels to just go forward and backward. I thought that was really cool! It comes with a rain cover, but even with the ventilation I don't think I would feel comfortable putting my child under that for a long period of time. I did find a few opportunities for improvement with this stroller. The wheels are plastic and I found it to be a little loud depending on the surface you're strolling on. That was surprising given the price point of this stroller. Additionally, the zipper for the 360 canopy comes all the way apart, which is great for getting full coverage with it open but I found it a little time consuming to rethread the zipper put the shade away. All in all, this is a beautiful stroller with a lot of premium features. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to try and review this!

Must Have Stroller

What an incredible stroller! Not only did our son enjoy riding in it, it is a great stroller with amazing features and very modern and sleek. We loved being able to easily transition between modes. The fact that the one stroller piece can turn into 4 different configurations without a separate piece is amazing. It was really convenient while on a walk to lay my son down completely when he was getting tired so he could nap. Our favorite feature is the 360 collapsible sun shade. Being able to completely cover our son while walking is such a relief! The cushioning is very comfortable and we love that it is reversible so we can choose between fabric types. And an added bonus - kids are messy, so if they spill on one side, you can switch until you have time to deep clean. Another feature we love about this stroller is it sands independently when folded. We didn't have to lean it on anything or detach any parts to fold it up. This made for easy packing for on the go and easy storage in our very full garage! The storage bin underneath also provides a ton of space for diaper bags and any other items desired during a walk. I didn't love that the cup holder stuck out from the side, only because it made the stroller a little wider and I almost hit it going through a door, but the great news is it's detachable so we could remove it. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller.

Super Convenient Modular Stroller

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller to test! I love this stroller! It's nice and lightweight but also has such a smooth ride and awesome capabilities! It can be made into a travel system which is so convenient with a baby! I must say though that my favorite part is that the stroller seat that turns into a bassinet automatically when fully reclined, no adjustments needed. It's super simple just a one handed recline and into a bassinet it goes! It's great for on the go naps! Also the extendable canopy creates great shade while also being breathable and it has an added bonus peek-a-boo window for me to check on my little girl! Another great feature is the reversible seat cushion one side for winter and the other is breathable for summertime. Great feature to keep baby cool and comfortable! The stroller folds super easily but the only negative I ran into is that unfolding it can be a bit of a pain. It seems to get a bit stuck but I'm also not used to it and it's brand new so maybe with a little more use it will break in a bit and become easier…or maybe I'll just get better at it in time! Other than this small drawback this stroller is overall really nice! Highly recommend!!!

I was given this stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have two kids, and have used my fair of strollers. From high end costing over a grand, to cheap pocket strollers. THIS stroller though, I would have paid more for than the most expensive one I currently own. My husband was able to set it up in less than 8 minutes (yes, I timed him). I was impressed with all the attachments the stroller came with that other brands make you pay extra for, like the cup holder, rain cover, and car seat adapters. The stroller itself transforms positions with ease with the simple click of a button that I could do one handed (something important when out with children). I love that my child could face outwards to see everything, but then could easily be moved to facing me when it was time to nap. The fabric was very gentle on my son's skin which is important to our family as he has eczema, and didn't cause him to have any breakouts. It's a not as lightweight as an umbrella stroller, but definitely light enough for me to load and unload from the back of the car myself. The only part I had trouble with initially was figuring out how to unfold it, but a quick glance at the instructions and it wasn't a problem again. My husband pointed out how much he liked the adjustable handle lengths. It wasn't something I had noticed, but it adjusted higher than our other strollers which made it more comfortable for him to push. So if you're taller, this stroller will also be easy for you to handle. It rolls smoothly and looks very chic. It's a 10 in my book.

Beautiful and quality stroller for birth through toddler

I've loved maxicosi as a brand of high quality, thoughtfully designed baby items and the Tayla is no exception. The materials are so soft to the touch and thick in feel. The reversible liner is really nice to accommodate different climates. I think the canopy is pretty good - not huge, but not tiny either. The full netting covering thing is super cool and I'd imagine that would be key for the newborn stage. The handlebar and belly bar are so pretty. The ability for the seat to become a bassinet just by reclining it is brilliant. I've had other strollers where you have to use a different bassinet altogether or worse, remove the toddler seat fabric to put on the bassinet fabric. This is so easy to toggle between the two. Because who needs extra things to potentially lose? That said this is also the source of my main drawback - when in toddler (sitting up) mode, the footrest doesn't independently move from the rest of the seat frame. I have a below avg height 20 month old - he just fits. Unless the stroller is super upright, the seat footwell is in the way of reaching the stroller frame part where bigger kids would put their feet. My 6 year old said that the bottom of the seat frame was pushing on her calves. So it's great until they grow out of being able to rest their feet comfortably on the seat part. The fold is great! It stands on its own and is also slim. If you take off the seat and nest it in the frame gap it takes up even less space - great for SUVs with the 3rd row up. It's a little tricky to unfold - pull up and back and push down with your foot but once you figure it out it's fine. Probably not a great MIL stroller unless you like fielding phone calls in the middle of the day. Lastly the basket is a little small for what it could be. There's just leftover space. (I received this stroller from the Stellar Product Testing Panel)

What a fantastic stroller! This stroller meets our needs and more. It controls smoothly and maneuvering it is a breeze! It is lightweight, has a good amount of storage underneath and is quite versatile. Putting it together right out of the box was easy and it looks fantastic! I really love the ability to adjust the seat recline into a number of positions with ease, or have my child face me vs the world. The full seat canopy cover is wonderful as well, and something that I've been looking for in a stroller for some time. It offers shade and a bit of privacy, and is definitely one of my favorite features. My child isn't able to remove it, so it stays in place as needed. It is a little tedious to put away after use, but having it built into the canopy makes it worth the effort. The rain cover has also already come in handy as well during an outdoor wedding we attended. I am eager to try out the reversible seat cushion's mesh breathable side also once things warm up. I really love just how versatile and easy to use it is! The fabric is nice and sturdy, and overall very comfortable for my child with plenty of cushion. He has ridden in it for up to an hour without discomfort or complaint and the instant carriage seat setting is a feature that I had in our original stroller! While the seat is easy to adjust on the go, opening and closing the stroller is a bit of a pain. It's not particularly easy to do and can be slightly frustrating. When folded up though, it easily fits in the trunk of our car or to be stored away until the next use. These are the only cons I can find with this stroller however, and the other features all easily outweigh these and would not stop me from picking this stroller over others. I am thrilled that Stellar Product Testing Panel provided me with the Maxi-Cosi Tayla Max Modular Stroller! I would absolutely recommend this stroller if you are looking for a smart and sleek looking, versatile stroller that's easy to maneuver and comfortable!

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller. I was able to use this for both my 2 year old and my newborn using the carriage mode. It worked well for my toddler but I think he would have liked to sit up more straight. It is easy to transition to different modes and put it in carriage mode, which worked great and was very comfortable for my newborn for walks around the neighborhood. I love that I will be able to use it as he grows. You can reverse the seat cushion for different weather, which is an awesome feature. The 360 canopy is easy to use and keeps the sun out of their eyes. I also appreciate that the seat can be forward or rear facing. The stroller is incredibly easy to steer and comfortable to hold with the cushioned handle bar. It feels so lightweight while strolling. It took a few tries to get used to folding it and taking it back out, but overall is easy to do. One minor complaint is that the paint had a small chip after 2 uses. I would definitely recommend this stroller.
