Lasting Drama Matte is my favorite eyeliner, and I often get compliments. My sister has even asked me several times, “What eyeliner are you wearing?” to which I reply, “The same one I had on the last time you asked me!” It’s workhorse eyeliner when you wake up from a nap without smears. If only it came in more shades than black.

Same issue as everyone else. Wish I read the reviews first also. Only got a few uses out of it, and once it time to advance, it will not. WASTE OF MONEY.

This eyeliner smears. I had raccoon eyes within a couple hours. I’ve used others that are actually waterproof. Be warned!

Same problem as everyone else, twist and twist, and the eyeliner doesn’t come out. I can’t believe they would put something on the market like this. That doesn’t work!

I finally found a liner that goes on smoothly and love it but when it came time to advance the liner, it would not work. I should have read the reviews first. Won't be trying this product again.

There are multiple issues with this eyeliner. The advancement is one of those issues. The eyeliner piece fell completely out too. I put it back in. However, there are still issues with it. Finally, I avoid this eyeliner because it's like it dries up to the point that it doesn't come out/applies.

Like many other people who posted here, once the tip of the liner was used up, I could not advance it, no matter how much I twisted the bottom. Was a waste of money as I only got a few applications out of it. Would be nice if Maybelline would offer to refund our money or send us a new product. Very disappointing. Had the same issue with their Tattoo Studio product. Clearly this is a quality control issue and it would be good if Maybelline had done more troubleshooting before putting it on the market.

This is an absolute waste of money! Loved the first application. After that, the tip must have broken off somewhere because no matter how I tried to twist the end to raise up more product, nothing happened. VERY disappointed since Maybelline products have been my go-to for (literally!) more than 50 years.

I went to go sharpen my pencil like the back of the packaging says to with a pencil type sharpener and it will not sharpen, so with playing with it I noticed that the end does twist. Well guess what that didn't work either. Love the liner, just can't sharpen it and now it is junk!!!

I've been using this eyeliner for over 5 years. Its affordable, durable and and lasts all day! It goes on so easy and smooth that my eyeliner step is so quick in my make up routine. I got my daughter into it too.
