I purchased this shadow to pack for an upcoming vacation. No applicator. So I bought an eyeshadow brush. Not a big deal but I'm pretty sure one of the photos showed a shadow applicator included. The shadow is just ok. It didn't last a full 8 hours.

The packaging conveniently hides the fact that Maybelline has discontinued including an applicator on their eyeshadows. This is the worst business decision I've ever seen. I will be shopping for a different brand in the future. I reached out to Maybelline, thinking it was a mistake, but they responded that they are no longer including applicators. The image is wrong! False advertising.

Ordered this for traveling because it is small and applicators were included (CLEARLY PICTURED in item photos). However no applicators were included and now I’m seeing in the reviews that this is intentional by the company. What a pain in the butt and misleading product photos as well.

I purchased 2 of these Maybelline eyeshadow quads. They don't come with applicators. I called Maybelline to verify if mine were just missing or not. The rep. said that Maybelline is no longer providing the applicators. Therefore, I cannot reccomend Maybelline eyeshadows.

The colors on the website are not accurate to the actual product. Seem less vibrant in person. Came sealed but no applicator. Also targets shipping department shipped this item in a plastic bag no protection so it cracked a little bit… eye shadow looks more gray/drk brown tones then lavender I wanted more on the purple side and not gray/brownish. Disappointed because I truly love the designer chocolate palette. But I wanted to try a purplish one.

I picked up the quad "Natural Smokes" and this is so pretty! A touch of shimmer with true neutral shades that I wear both to the office and out for nights on the town with my husband. I hope Maybelline doesn't discontinue these as I know they've been around for quite some time (and no one ever talks about them)!
