This seasoning was spicier than our idea of a "mild" chili seasoning. It burned our mouths and certainly was unacceptable for children. Is it possible we received an improperly measured seasoning blend in our packet? It has been delicious and mild in the past.

I found this "mild" chili to be anything but. It tasted sweet and not very good. I was extremely disappointed my family's dinner was ruined.

HANDS DOWN; the best chili recipe ever!!! I have used it for 30 years; & ANYONE that has ever eaten my chili; says it's the best they've ever had! I use 4 packs seasoning; 4 cans pinto beans drained; 2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck; 1/2 onion diced; 1/2 bell pepper diced; 280z. can of tomato sauce; 2- 15 0z. cans tomato sauce; 28 0z can whole tomatoes; ( chopped up); 1 cup water. cook meat with onion ; pepper; salt & pepper to taste; drain; in a large pot; combine everything with meat mixture; bring to simmer; & simmer for @ least an hour. The longer it simmers; (warms); the better! BEST CHILI EVER!!
