I love McCormick's Crushed Red Peppers, I put this on everything Everytime I eat something except on Cereal and Ice Cream . Perfect amount heat and flavor and once you try it you'll be hooked on it forever.

Although it simply states Red Pepper, this has Cayenne in it, which, as an allergen that causes Migraines really should be stated.

Another staple in my pantry. We do not use a lot of salt; but I use red pepper flakes in the pasta water. I use it a lot to replace salt. Zing with no sodium.
