The actual support piece is sufficiently sized. I also appreciate the thickness of the entire strap. The velcro is strong for a secure fit on the knee. The velcro on these supports always wear out with time but so far so good. Time will tell how it holds up!

I remember I had this and went to put it on. In the next 30 minutes the pain went away. Because without this on the pain would have been much longer. It comfortable and you can feel the support it provides. It’s a one size so I wasn’t worried if it was going to fit or not. Even after the pain was gone I still had it on and it wasn’t a bother.

It is very comfortable and well-made, and the Velcro is very strong. The only issue is that the one size fits all, may not work for everyone. They should have extended the Velcro, a little more, for a larger size calf.
