Unhappy Customer - 9 months ago
I pre-ordered this July 26th just days before release date. Now a month later and several delays I still haven't recieved this order. The excuse from customer service is it's in popular demand and being backordered. If that is the case then why have a preorder on your site when really its unavailable? Every other retailer has this item in stock but Target doesn't? Then they give me $5 off the purchase price for inconvenience but it means nothing when I'm not receiving the order. This is the worst experience I've had with Target and I will have to take my business elsewhere.
