Ultra-Breathable McKesson disposable underpads with an super-absorbent center measure 23 x 36 inches to offer incontinence cover for beds and chairs. They're useful for adults and children. Breathable underpads are made to absorb liquids easily and securely, which is vital for mitigating skin inflammation. Rapid fluid acquisition is aided by the use of a soft, non-woven bonded top layer. For heavy incontinence, an ultra-absorbent polymer channels moisture away and controls the pH of urine for odor control and skin well-being. Non-woven, heat-sealed edges and a fluffy center with superior mat configuration are gentle on the skin. The underpads are suitable for airflow therapy beds. My mother is bedridden and requires briefs. We use these pads to protect the bed. She used to get rashes from the thinner nonbreathable pads. These are thick, don’t cause rashes and for someone who is in bed 95% of the time she has had no skin breakdown in 18 months.
