My mom got this for us as a housewarming gift. While it took awhile to put together (definitely use a drill when possible), overall it's amazing. It doesn't feel cheaply made and we've stress tested it a little bit. I think the versatility is it's glory, my husband and I couldn't decide between pool, foosball, and ping pong for the game room in our house and this solves it. It's a little small but it definitely does the trick! It would be great in a small space like an apartment or a man cave because of its size. My one qualm with it is that the air hockey part is a bit sticky, as it doesn't have airflow to make the puck float but overall we both love this thing!
