I was really excited for this bar cart but upon opening, the entire box and some of the parts smelled like cigarette smoke. Not only that, the handle was scratched with paint chipped off and the wheels looked totally used. I’m wondering if I was sent someone’s return. I ordered another one because I really like the size, so I’m hoping the next one comes in better shape. If not, the second one is going back too.
