So far I have 0 complaints and love this! It fits perfectly between the wall and my new washtower. The wheels make it easy to pull out if needed. We hang several items to dry so the rod is perfect.

My partner and I used to be REALLY bad about floordrobe. so we got rid of the wide, flater laundry baskets and replaced them with this. the bins hold a little more than a single load of laundry and its easy to tell when its time to put a load in. I also really like the hand bar for button up shirts and such that can't go into the dryer.
