Medela Slow Flow Spare Nipples with Wide Base - 3ct

The description said slow flow and is not true. This are medium flow my baby did not like it

I bought everything medela for my baby from the two of there pumps, to the wipes, and bottles. When he grew out of the 4oz bottle I tried different bottles but he already got attached to that nipple, so I spent a fortune on medela 8oz bottles (more expensive then anti colic ones with the extra inserts) the 8 oz bottles are very plain and the numbers for oz are in the same clear plastic as the entire bottle not painted on like the smaller bottles. Again I got used to it over time, and ordered the medium flow as my baby grew. Now my baby is at fast flow, and I just now find out that medela does not carry a fast flow nipple?!? How is that acceptable from a brand this big? It is now clear to me that medela does not care about its clients when they reach the fast flow (at about 6 months) they stop caring to the point that they don't even make the size. Now I have to find a way to get my baby to drink from a different bottle which equals a lot of cries and discomfort. Thanks medela for not caring about my baby.

Loved them for a time but the mediums barely lasted a couple weeks before he started collapsing them too! Need a fast flow option for sure. Please! He’s only 6.5 mo and I don’t really want to have to replace *all* my bottles because you don’t make a fast enough flow nipple! The silicone is so thin they collapse pretty easy once they reach the limit.

The nipples are realistic and were an easy switch for my baby at 4 weeks old. I like that they are dishwasher safe and BPA free! Great product! Would recommend to anyone!

I bought these nipples as they are the same brand as the breast pump accessories I have. Upon my first use they are leaking and it makes it hard to feed my baby. I thought maybe it was just that one nipple but using a new one doesn’t solve the problem. Is anyone experiencing the same problem? I bought two packages of the replacement nipples and can’t even use them. Am I not using them correctly or is there a step I’m missing? Any help or advice would be great!

I bought 2 sets of these "slow flow" nipples for my preemie thinking it'd be easier if I just got the set to match my breast pump. I had been using Tommee Tippee bottles since we got home from the hospital and it was becoming a hassle to continuously pour the milk into those. First day trying these Medela "slow flow" nipples and my baby choked 3x in one feeding. THREE times. I wondered why until I took the bottle and tipped it at an angle to check the flow. The milk came rushing out and made a mess all over my arm...(kinda impressive the power behind that flow... you know like how you're breast would be so engorged that when you pump you'd sometimes get a jetstream of milk shooting out?). Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in this because it was not what you'd expect from something that says slow flow.

Hard to find. When I turn bottle upside down milk pours out of nipple. Too fast for my 10 month old.

I just bought these for my 11 month old grandson. I have been watching him since he was 4 months old. My daughter pumps at work and I feed him the expressed milk when she is at work. I only just found out that there were 2 sizes of nipples and it has surely made a difference. he had lost patience with the low flow newborn nipple. so much happier with the medium flow nipple.

Bought the 0-4 month “slow flow” nipple for my 2-month-old and when I went to test milk temp on my arm (expecting a drop or two) my arm was dripping wet. With just a tiny tip of the bottle, milk came squirting out in a huge hurry. We tried it anyway and my daughter was choking with almost no sucking... NOT slow flow.

I brought these nipples due to the fact that I was so happy with the pump but things soon changed. These nipples are not designed for a newborn or any child under the 3m mark. I’m so upset since I didn’t bother to buy any other brand bottles or nipples. My baby is having such a hard time feeding since the flow is too heavy. She is literally choking evey time no matter how many times u switch out the nipples. I would not recommend this product; it is a danger to any baby under 3 months but marketed for 0-4 months

I bought it the slow flow nipples and they are definitely not slow flow

I bought these to go with our Dr Brown bottles and they work great! We were having an issue with other nipples that made it seem like milk was just pouring out and my daughter was having issues but not after these!

I love the way they flow I need more for my other bottles

Bought these a few months ago when my little one was getting bigger and wanted a faster flow nipple. He loves them.
