Burger Bowls with Tzatziki Yogurt Dip Meal Kit
Chopped salad topped with ground beef, crispy chickpeas, feta cheese and tzatziki yogurt dip.
Prep.Plate.Serve
1. Cook ground beef. Heat large nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat, add ground beef. Cook and stir breaking up into small crumbles, until browned and fully cooked. Drain if desired.
2. Make salad. Meanwhile, toss all salad ingredients in large bowl.
3. Assemble burger bowls. Divide salad evenly among serving bowls. Top with cooked ground beef, crispy chickpeas, feta cheese and Tzatziki yogurt dip.

I felt a little silly spending $17 on ingredients bundled up, but when I thought about it I’d definitely spend more pulling the items together! It was so fast and it was awesome to have all the ingredients just ready to go. I seasoned my ground beef and added some harissa to the final dish, otherwise it was perfect as-is for a super quick weeknight meal.

This was so yummy! Best part about it - it contains all the components of the meal in full sizes. This is a much better deal than the meal kits you get at other stores for the same price that contain exactly enough for the one meal.

This is so good! I cooked the ground beef with some Garlic salt, Onion Powder, Pepper, Worstishire sauce, Italian seasoning and Basil. Made the salad layered it in the bowl with lots of feta and tzatziki sauce and it was so good and filling. 10 out of 10 will buy it again!

So it actually just came with individual ingredients I can buy at the store vs an actual meal kit. I got ground beef but no seasoning to use for it. I got a dill salad packet I guess to use for the salad base? It was kind of disappointing. Would definitely not buy a meal kit from target again.
