The Blood Builder iron supplement was suggested to me by a mutual patient of my PCP. I am a blood donor but am often prevented from donating due to low hemoglobin, especially since I don't eat red meat. I don't experience any side effects which I think is due to the "food" component of the supplement. I also like the fact that it contains vitamins C and B12 as well as folate. Last time I went to donate blood I was way above the cutoff at an all-time record for me ;-). I've told friends about it who also struggle with low hemoglobin, and they have also met with success with blood donation! I am so happy with this product and friends are too!

I started taking these when I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia and the iron supplements I found in the drug store upset my stomach. These have caused me no side effects at all, I feel great, and my iron levels are normal again.

My family has a genetic history of very low iron, most of us end up on iron infusions by the time we are 60, but I'm not 60 yet, and 5 of these per day keep me right in the range I need to be with my iron and ferritin levels. They are also very gentle on my stomach which very much appreciate. I will happily keep ordering my giant bottles of iron every month!

The blood builder brought my hemoglobin from a 7 (below average) to a 12. 1 in 6 months. I took it every night before I went to bed. Always had issues with my iron levels and even needed two blood transfusions at one point after major surgery. This product works!
