A: If the area you are referring to is painted, yes certainly worth a shot. If it is bare plastic no, unfortunately this would not work.

A: It can be and may work on light clouding but typically one would be better off using a good headlight restoration kit like our Ultimate Headlight Restoration Kit.

A: It is safe on bare glass but it will not remove scratches in glass as glass is a very different surface than paint.

A: It might assuming the finish is a flat smooth finish with a high gloss paint on it but that depends on how deep the scratches are and how hard the paint is which are the two determining factors as to the possibility of easily removing a scratch in paint.

This stuff works!! I had a couple of blemish spots on the passenger side of my car and on the tailgate. Scuff marks and a spot where someone hit their car door leaving a red mark. This stuff took everything out easily! I just used a microfiber towel to rub it in and used another one to wipe it off. Super easy and convenient

This product is not meant to erase deep scratches but it did remove the dark mark that made the deep scratch noticeable from afar. It works better when applied with pressure and in circular motions.

I recently just bought this because I had a little bit of paint transfer on my car, it worked well and took off most of it but left a little bit of it, no matter how much I reapplied it didn’t come off fully but the good thing is it’s not as noticeable anymore.

I have used this on many scuffed areas on my baby. My car is a custom deep blue paint and any marks/scuffs are quite obvious. I've used this on the bumper, both side mirrors and the hood. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews??? Perhaps people are not reading the directions or they are beyond the scope of what this can fix. This stuff WORKS!!

I had these big orange posts in the car garage at my old apartment and the spaces were extremely tight. This particular time all of the spaces were full except the one that no one likes to park in because it is the most difficult to maneuver. Makes sense because this is the aftermath of me parking there. I immediately tried to find a solution for this and quickly found this stuff and purchased it the same day (along with a microfiber cloth). It took me no more than 3 minutes to rub off all the orange paint and clean up the remaining cream (I wasn’t sure how much to use so I was fairly generous). I was amazed at how easy and how well it worked. No complaints.

Excellent product! Worked perfectly on our new vehicle. We thought the roof was permanently scratched by an exterior roof top storage carrier - this product completely removed the scratches as well as other scuffs on the body of the car.

This product is worthless. It doesn't remove even the smallest scratches or marks from the car. You are better off using regular-old polishing compound (in the can). It works and it is much less expensive.

Very are sorry to hear about your experience. Although many have used this product successfully for nearly 2 decades we know it does not work in every situation. This is a very mild compound designed to be safe for anyone attempting to remove swirls and fine scratches by hand, orbital or DA polisher from their paint. The difficulty of course is the fact that no scratch and no paint is created equal and there are certainly times more aggressive processes are needed to find a remedy. I have a white dodge charger and I scraped against a yellow pole in a drive through. The mark was so bright and ugly and looked terrible. 20 minutes of scrubbing this on it with a terry cloth and I cant even tell that I hit anything it looks brand new. 100% RECOMMEND!!!! Seriously this stuff works.

Recently got my car side scraped and had major scratches that I thought weren’t going to come out. This product took those scratches right away!! I found it worked best when I let it sit for 5-15 minutes the wiped off with a microfiber cloth.

- able to remove color of another car on mine almost 2 feet scratch with 4 inch wide. - washed area with soap literally i used the dish liquid - cleaned it off with dry cloth apply creme on area continue rub with microfiber cloth. Able to remove scratch.

Someone swiped my car when it was parked and left a few pretty long paint marks. I was really worried I would have to take my car in to get it taken care of, but I figured I’d pick up this product and some microfiber towels as a last ditch effort. I cleaned the area, out some of the product on a magic eraser and started scrubbing. I wiped everything off with a microfiber towel and the scratches were gone! I even used it on other places on the car where I noticed little scuffs and scratches and it took care of them! This stuff is great
