These work for maybe 30 minutes for me, I take two about 20-30 minutes before bed (8pm) and at first go down really easy but every night I’ve taken them I constantly wake up and then by 2am I am wide awake with the energy of 30 Red Bulls. Plus side they do taste good

I might just be sensitive to melatonin nowadays but both times I tried to take a single gummy, I woke up feeling extremely sick and having vertigo and with very low blood pressure and I went to the ER at one point. I’ve taken higher doses of melatonin in the past and when I got this bottle I was eating less than half a gummy to sleep and I was fine. It might just be me and but wanted to put this out there in case anyone is prone to feeling sick or dizzy.

I purchased this product as a substitute for Up & Up Melatoinin Quick Dissolve Tablets due that my store was out. I question whether they have melatonin at all. I was taking 20mg, twice my normal dose, and still not able to get to sleep comfortably. After a week of being miserable and sleep deprived I ordered another brand online.
