Kind of cheap. The keys are hard to move around the hook it comes with is impossible. Garage doors are kind of hard to open and close. Overall disappointed for this being a Melissa and Doug toy

Cute item, but the red key is an L not the T shape above the door. So, the blue key works for the red door and the red key does nothing.

Frustrating - one door is stuck and won’t open/close smoothly. We could only open it halfway and when we tried to close it, the bottom door panel broke off. My 2 year old will be way too frustrated if I give this to him. Going to try to return it. If it wasn’t for this problem, I think this would be an amazing toy.

Our 4 year old grandson loves anything fire or rescue truck so we thought he might enjoy this toy for Christmas. He loves it!! He seemed to know which color key went in which lock right away and has played with it every day now for over a week. In fact when he's done, he locks up the vehicles and hides the keys from his sisters so they can't play with it!!!! Highly recommend this toy.

Last year I bought one for a friend's 3 year old. When I found out that he plays with it every day and it's still his favorite toy, I decided to purchase another one for my grandson (who is almost 3) for Christmas.

Daughter in law bought doll house but granddaughter loves rescue cars. Younger granddaughter loved it so much she kept hiding the rescue garage. They both loved the keys. Such a small lovely piece of joy

I did not receive a heads up that the package was coming today, it just showed up. Packaging was a bit banged up, but all was intact once opened. Looks like every piece of the toy is in the packaging, we’ll see how my son likes it.

My vehicle loving 2 year old was all over this. He's going to play with this for a looooong time. The set is very sturdy, little heavy could smash some toes, but it's definitely the quality we've come to expect from Melissa & Doug.

My boys loved this but the lock piece came off within a few weeks (normal use, not being rough). They still play with it some but it's not the same.

My son absolutely loves this toy. He got it for Christmas and carries it around everywhere he goes on our house. Unfortunately, our dog chewed up the red key and it can no longer be used. Is there a way to get replacement keys?

This was a gift for my 4 year old grandson that loves parking structures, ambulances, firetrucks and police cars. It was perfect for him with the keys and how it is designed that he can carry everything in the garage with the keys on the key ring. It was a huge hit. I've also listened to your story on "How I Built This" and just want to say thanks for all your hard work to make great toys.
