4 Year Review: Great tent but a little large for a small apartment

We have had our tent for almost 4 years now. We got it when our first son was 1 and he (almost 5) shares it with his 1-year-old brother. They have been pretty rough on the tent but it is still standing. We are going to buy a replacement because they have bent some of the rails. Even with bent rails, the tent still stands. We are going replace it because they use it everyday. We mostly use it as a bed tent, since our apartment is small and the tent is a little large. It fits on a twin bed. The size was not a problem when we only had one child, but 2 children take up more space. Our sons love the tent. Our camper looks like a hoopty tent now, but we've had it for a long time.
Disappointed in quality

My niece and nephew got this five or six months ago. One of the corner pieces that the poles connect to broke. This part is unavailable and as a result the RV is now worthless.

Got this for my nephew's 2nd birthday, he loves it! First thing he did was get in and start 'driving' it making motor noises:) Easy set up and super cute design! Thank you, another great purchase from Melissa & Doug:)
Cute but cumbersome

Cute but I wish it wasn’t the same as building a tent with ten poles (no one likes setting up a tent). Be nice if it was one of the pop up made of wire that you can easily fold up again.

Ugh I’m mixed on this. My son looooves it and immediately moved into it with his animals. Didn’t even want a bath that night, just wanted to play in his new tent. Very cute!! Another review said it fits a toddler bed and that was why I bought it! It does NOT fit my 2 year olds bed! Sooooo upsetting! Now we need to figure out how to make it comfy enough to sleep in there!

Spent 4 rainy days with my 3 yr old grandson traveling across the US to The national parks on the map. We even took the RV to Hawaii to see volcanoes. Went fishing, had flat tires, checked in with the park ranger, camp dog visited and warded off the bear by throwing salmon & blueberries at him. A little imagination made the time fly by.
Best imaginary gift for any kid!

Absolutely love this RV tent! We had a previous version of just a trailer and it was time to retire it so this was perfect! We did get a shipment that I wrapped and the RV was actually missing! My son was sad he could not play with this on Christmas as planned but Target immediately sent a new one once I notified them a part was missing! Now the RV is parked in my living room and he “drives” to Sequoia, Joshua Tree, the Grand Canyon and Carlsbad daily! Would highly recommend this! Even my teenage daughter loves alone time in there!

My 3-year-old loves this tent. It was really easy to assemble and seems to be sturdy so far. It’s big enough for him and a friend.

My 3yo loves to play in this tent! I didn’t read the dimensions so is a LOT bigger than I expected, like an adult can fit in there sitting down with him lol.
So entertaining

in the questions the manufacturer said it was not made of flam resistant materials. after trusting that and setting it up, the tag says it is made of flame resistant materials. I can't return it because I let my kid draw on the license plate because I thought it was safe but it is not based on multiple studies regarding flame resistant fabric exposure. it's super cute and has nice features but isn't long term health risk
So much fun!

If your child loves pretend play and has a huge imagination then buy this camper! We got this for our 3 year old son last Christmas and just now took it down. He had so much fun playing in it just about every single day these last few months. We had a lot of the other let’s explore toys to go with it and his little imagination just ran wild. He loves to go camping but since we can’t camp all the time this was perfect for him! Now we have our eye on the cabin and boat set!
Love it

Seriously great and so fun. I tend to steer clear of kids tents because we have a history of them falling right apart too easily and not staying erect. To my pleasant surprise, this one is solid. It’s been up for a couple weeks now with multiple children at play. I haven’t had to fix a thing.
Love it!

my kiddos love their camper ! I have an 18 month old, 3 year old and 7 year old. the little ones kept trying to climb through the sunroof and unfortunately broke the joint piece and pole, no fault of the product. it is fragile so make sure your kids use it correctly, they may get too creative like mine did. Gorilla tape fixed it after a quick lesson of why mom and dad say not to do things lol it's absolutely adorable. we love it. set it up in the living room for a "drive in movie" night!

I'm super impressed with the quality. It was a bit difficult to put together pay attention to the curved piece, but it great we remove the vertical poles and lay it flat under the bed. I wish it had more than 1 map, or we could get another, the kids fight over it.
