Melissa & Doug My First Daily Magnetic Calendar

So far it is helping my 7 year old very well. I have a child on the way and would like updated year magnets and not sure where to find them on the site.

Love the board itself and the concept. But I received old year (2022-2026), so that’s disappointing. Will be returning

I was a little nervous after reading other reviews that were sent previous years but was happy to discover that we were sent 2025-2029.

I was very disappointed that it came with the year 2022!!! It is time for Melissa and Doig to clear out their old stock!

This product is nicely made and great in theory but I was sent an outdated version (years 2022-2025) and with Canadian holidays. I ordered a replacement and received the same thing. Not entirely useless but I wouldn't bother with it until they sort out those issues.

This could have been great however years started in 2022 so 2 years are already obsolete. Additionally, the magnets for holidays must be from another country not mine as most of our holidays are missing but ones that don't exist here are included

The board is very heavy for toddlers. I tried to hang it with a small nail and it feel. Magnets drop off the board easily which makes a hard time to constantly try to pick up. Good idea but not great in function.

Wonderful calendar, but it started with 2022. Kind of a bummer to have two obsolete magnets.

Decent quality. Magnets are okay. Some stick, some don’t. Got through the month of January before realizing I was sent the UK version of the calendar. Not very useful on the holiday end when I live in Pennsylvania…disappointed but I guess we can make do

Quality is awful whenever I simply touch some post they fall apart. Not what expected from this company, you could’ve kept this at the workshop needs some tuning.

I don’t like the activities in that many of them don’t apply to my child and and there are no Muslim holidays listed like Eid or Ramadan, but Columbus Day is there.

We've had a version of this calendar for all our kids, so I was so excited to gift a new one to my daughter for Christmas. Target shipped me the Canadian one, and we live in Ohio. Very disappointing. Would of been thrilled if it was the US version.

I'm a huge fan of Melissa & Doug toys. Our household is full of them and I couldn't wait to buy my nearly 4-year-old this calendar. I love this interactive concept for pre-schoolers to learn about dates, days of the week, seasons, weather, holidays, activities and emotions. So I was extremely disappointed when we opened it at Thanksgiving and there was no Thanksgiving magnet. What?! Instead, we have a bunch of tiles we'll never use. There is one for 2022, even though 2023 is nearly over. There are holidays I've never heard of: St. David's Day, St. Andrew's Day, St. George's Day. There are tiles for Boxing Day, Bonfire Night and Half-Term, all nonapplicable to us. There is a tile labeled "Holiday" that shows a beach. In the United States, we call that a vacation, not a holiday. As I'm writing this review, I see that the picture for this product, in place of those, includes Labor Day, Memorial Day, Presidents' Day, April Fool's Day, Fourth of July, Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Groundhog Day -- still, oddly, no Thanksgiving. Now I understand that we were sent the wrong version of this calendar; I'm guessing it's the United Kingdom version. How did that happen?

Received Canada version, not US version. Target didn't ship the right version so I got the wrong holidays and activities.

We bought this item for the first time a year back and from that time it is one of the best gift items for the kids. It is a great addition to their learning schedule and helps parents also. We have almost bought 6 count of these within last 1 years and to whomever we gifted they gave positive responses. Definitely a good one.

Received the UK version even though I live in Michigan in the US. Great concept, but wrong holidays and activities (cricket mallet on sport practice magnet, lol!) This is Targets fault I’d assume. I also had issues with the plastic backing sticking to the magnets, but I could scrap much of it off with a fingernail and it doesn’t seem to be affecting magnet power.

This board has to many items that are being covered. My kiddos are unable to really grasp what I am trying to teach with all the stuff in one small spot.

Great for home school work area. This is a perfect learning tool.

My granddaughter uses this at her Montessori school and now we use it everyday at home. Lots of options. Just wish there were a few more blank tiles to customize holidays and events. Otherwise highly recommend

We would appreciate an Indigenous Peoples Magnet in exchange for Columbus Day
