Great quality and style. I purchased it as a gift for my granddaughter who is 2 1/2. Before putting it together, I did paint wallpaper and contacts paper. The floors to give it some extra style. It was fairly easy to put together. I did it by myself just a little difficult when it came to the roof to line it up.

Disliked assembly, but happy w purchase. No, assembling is not the most exciting thing you'll ever do. I think its perfect for a 4 year old though. Also, we did have a door fall off during assembly, but I think my daughter will be thrilled with this on Christmas morning

This dollhouse is adorable and looks like it will hold up well. My 3 year old loves it! It took me about an hour to put together, but I was also watching a movie and taking my time. It was super easy to assemble, with well-marked pieces and easy to follow instructions. A phillps head screwdriver was the only tool needed. Everything fit together just fine. As I always do, I added wood glue to the wood pieces when fitting them together and superglue to the screws before inserting. The house feels rock solid now!

This dollhouse is great if you can make it past the assembly process! My best advice is DONT GIVE UP! At first it seems impossible to get together, but just keep trying! It seems like the holes don’t align and sometimes it feels like pieces are about to snap. But it does go together with a little maneuvering and intuition! I have no special skill or experience building things. I got frustrated a few times, but took breaks and came back with a fresh set of eyes. Everything works perfectly, don’t get discouraged!

We bought this for our four year old for her birthday and she LOVES it! It's the perfect size and she loves arranging and moving the furniture! Speaking of, the furniture that came with it is all sturdy and lovely and well made! We have multiple kids and it's large enough that they can all play together. My only critique is that the front balconies push in but are not screwed into place, so with the right amount of force they can be pulled back out. I'm thinking I'll secure it with some wood glue because my toddler keeps trying and my daughter is not thrilled by her efforts. So an easy enough fix! When we pulled it out it looked like a daunting task to assemble but the instructions were clear and it was put together in no time!

Do NOT purchase. Impossible to put together because the holes do not align and you can’t screw the pieces together!!! You shouldn’t have to use wood glue and other various methods to get a dollhouse to stay together!

My kids and their friends love this dollhouse, its played with almost every day. I enjoy playing with them and creating stories. The quality is great and very sturdy. The furniture is fun and easy to add pieces with the 1:12 ratio. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

I received all the pieces of the house, and it appears to be in good condition and of decent quality. However, I am not able to put it together because it came with hardware that does not fit. The bolts do not thread into the pre-installed female hardware inside of the wood 1x1s. I didn’t get far enough in the assembly to know whether the small rusted wood screws would work for their intended purpose. I have contacted the manufacturer and will be able to update this later. Very frustrating after spending a lot of time researching, shopping, and buying materials to renovate it. Not sure at this point what will become of this child’s birthday gift he is anticipating.
