Q: Does the horn make noise and can you squirt water from bottle?

Q: Will this fit a kid who can still get away with wearing some 2T clothes, but is growing into 3T?

Q: Does this include the blow horn? It doesn't include it in the description.
A: It's a megaphone and it's my grandson's favorite part. He yells into it all of the time, "Evacuate, evacuate". It needed batteries but I'm pretty sure it was to make an alert sound not to amplify the speaking.
