IN MY OPINION THEY SHOULD OF ENDED THE SERIES WHEN MARCIA CROSS LEFT THE SHOW. IN THIS VOLUME WE SAY GOODBYE TO THE CHARACTER OF DOCTOR KIMBERLY SHAW ( THE FUTURE DESPERATE HOUSE WIFE MARCIA CROSS) WHO IS KILLED OFF BY A ANEURYSM. IN MY OPINION THEY SHOULD OF ENDED THE SHOW WHILE THEY WERE AHEAD. WE ALSO LOSE GRANT SHOW, AND COURTNEY THORNE SMITH'S CHARACTERS. JAKE DECIDES TO GO BACK TO HIS GIRLFRIEND COLLEEN AND HIS SON DAVID AFTER HIM AND ALISON LOSE AN OPPORTUNITY TO ADOPT WHEN THEY ARE CAUGHT DRINKING.... ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER SURPRISES TO END THE SEASON... THE LAST GOOD SEASON.
