The keyword here is ADAPTIVE! For some reason other reviewers are skipping over that word. It’s a great shirt especially for others that cannot do buttons. I appreciate Target’s adaptive line. Others I know do too.

This shirt shows snap front buttons but they have a velcro back. Might be fine for a small child but for a healthy adult man, it's not a good feature. Quality of workmanship is poor as is the fit, shoulders too narrow for the size. Unfortunately I washed it before my husband tried it on and cannot return it. I would not recommend this shirt.

We usually love Goodfellow brand items, however this shirt was odd. Thought it was a pearl snap shirt which is what it looks like, but it’s actually secured by Velcro which was very strange. It was also really short waisted. We bought it for holiday photos so it was a let down since we didn’t notice until too late to buy something else.

The listing doesn't specifically state that the shirt actually has 80% velcro in place of actual metal clasps or buttons on the center down and the cuffs. Its purpose on purchase was for a professional environment, but it's itchy at the velcro parts and isn't worth the trouble. Might be returning
