    Parents gave me a pair of the Athens for my birthday and since then these boots aside from my crocs, have been the only shoe I wore. They are so comfortable, has an option for a wide foot like I have and also has extra padding around the ankles for support or cushion. I got the ones with steel toe as well and I’ve had them for about 6 months and wear them 12+ hours a day and none of the stitches have come loose or fallen off. You can rest assured once my current pair get too worn out I will definitely be buying another pair of the Athens. I 100% recommend for anybody looking to buy their first Georgia boot or their first boot ever!

    My boyfriend is in his third pair! These boots are comfortable & durable. He does HVAC work, and a lot of construction and other manual labor on the side. He will not even entertain the thought of another boot!

    After retiring from the Fire Service 4 years ago I didn't think I would have a need or wear Georgia Boots again. But 2 years ago I went back to work driving a fuel truck. I visited 4 stores before finding a local boot store that carries Georgia Boots and boy was I happy to find them. Steel toes are required by my employer and comfort is required by me. I found both with these Boots. I know I'm going to enjoy years of quality service from these Boots as I did wearing Georgia Boots in my 35 years of Fire Service. Thank you for still making a great product.

    I'm a heavy equipment salesman and I've worn these boots from logging jobs to dirt pits every day for the last two years and they're still in tact minus the rubber starting to crack on the soles. No complaints with the miles I've gotten out of them. Only downside to these boots is they are not truly waterproof. Your feet will be damp after wearing them too long in wet weather.

    Bought the first pair and second time I wore them the sole tore off of the back. I sent that pair back and got the same pair again. The first day on the job site the sole started to rip off of the side of the boot. Do not recommend if you are going to work in this pair of boots.

I am a shipyard worker and definitely need a comfortable reliable pair of boots. 3 months ago I purchased the is pair. I tried them on and they were extremely comfortable. I was excited to wear them to work but unfortunately the excitement didn’t last too long. Within 3 months soles have started completely separating. This happens on both shoes. I’ve honestly never had a pair of boots break down that fast. Normally Georgia Boots are my number one go to and I always recommend to me however I gotta say I’m very disappointed. I spent a good deal of money on these and here I am 3 months later and I now have to spend a lot of money unexpectedly again.

    Have these as well as the lace up ones. Both are comfortable, but have leaked from day one. Feet get wet walking through wet grass (no joke). Purchased because they were advertised as “waterproof” and was a good looking boot, kept them because they were comfortable. So, if you are looking for a waterproof boot do not get these.

Being waterproof made it a no brainer to switch to these from the Rockys that I had worn for years. 2 months in and the soles have came apart, and they are definitely not waterproof. Maybe not the best option for work boots.

    Would give 5 stars but I have one issue with these! The back of the heel separates from the back of the outer sole after a few months of taking them off. Not sure of there's a fix for that, but they still remain waterproof somehow, so it really isn't THAT big of an issue. Will never own another brand or model. They're easily the most comfy boot out there. Highly recommend!

    I bought this boot five months ago in Columbus Ga and two months later the bottom started splitting from the boot . The store exchanged it now the new pair is doing the same thing even worse and both zippers on back are messed up.

    Ive had three pairs of these and are the most comfortable by far only down side is the liner on the back of the calf tears easily when sliding foot in. Each pair only lasted 8 months due to that issue
