Q: I'm pretty close in height to the model in the photos, just a half an inch difference. I was wondering if the pants he's wearing were already washed? The 34x34 fits me perfectly right now, I just don't want to get it if it's gonna shrink like crazy.

The waist and hip both have a +/- 1” tolerance, so if you purchased a pair on the small end of tolerance, and these now are on the larger side of tolerance, there could be 2” difference.     Purchased these the other day. They were on sale for a great price. The quality seems pretty good. There were a couple of loose threads but nothing egregious. The chinos have a good amount of stretch to them with a soft feel. They're not like some other chinos or khakis that have that stiff paper kind of feel. I would say the fit is a bit on the relaxed side. The stretch gives the waist a bit of give. The length seems true to size. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

    Nice pants but ironing them is a very difficult. The fabric is some frankencotton that creates it's own wrinkles after you've ironed an area numerous times even with steam and high heat. Will not purchase any again.

    For the price ($30) it is a good pant. However it runs a bit small in waist and the sizing variation of the colors are inconsistent. The black chinos are not straight at all. They are really tight in the thighs and butt area and only straight at the leg opening. The gray chinos are almost straight but a little less tighter than the black chinos. The best color is the tan and that fits like a true straight pant. Perfectly relaxed on the thighs and rear and comfortable leg opening. So I recommend the tan chinos if you want a true straight pant experience.

    I have bought pants from Target before without any issues, so I felt confident ordering online. When they arrived, though, they were way too small. Even thought the label had the correct sizing, I could barely get one leg into them, and it was very obvious that they were several sizes too small. I expect some variation, but these were so small that i am sure they were mislabelled. So I went to the store and found a pair in a different color, and it was the same problem. I ended up returning the pair I purchased for a full refund.
