It's made from full-grain waterproof leather and has the Georgia® waterproof system, which will keep your feet dry in the snow and rain. The waterproof boot features a steel shank for arch support. It includes a TDC (Technology Driven Comfort) polyurethane insole, so if you're standing for long hours, you'll still be comfortable.A direct-attached oil-resistant PVC outsole is strong, durable and lightweight. It'll also keep you from tracking oil everywhere. It's also well-constructed with 900-denier CORDURA® which is a high-performance fabric that resists tears, abrasions and scuffs better than any other fabric of its kind. For the price an OK boot. I was going to use them this summer, but like most waterproof membranes, wearing these boots is like wearing plastic bags on your feet all day so your feet end up soaked in sweat all day. I should have purchased boots without a waterproof/"breathable" membrane. There is nothing breathable about these boots. They will get used, but not in warm weather.

Bought these boots over a year ago while working in a warehouse.They held up great there without an issue. Brought them with me when I went on deployment for an alternate working boot. Great weather protection, and keeps your feet warm when it drops below freezing. The leather is worn out and faded in most areas. The only complaint I would have is that the leather around the right toe tip frayed off fairly easily after the first two months.

Boots lasted less than 2 months, soles split across the ball of both feet, all the way through. That short of lifespan over rides any good quality.

I have worn Georgia Boots for over 20 years. Never have I had a pair the stitching came out so soon and the soles were definitely not meant to wear on gravel.

I have been wearing this boot for years. I wear them everyday to work as a land surveyor. I put these boots through the toughest conditions on earth. (Except fire) These boots are my “go to” boots. They are comfortable and look great. I have never had an issue with craftsmanship. Upon reading some of the reviews on this site, I am shocked to hear some of the issues others have had.... Not me!

So we ordered some boots for my husband who travels for construction work and was only going to be home the week when we order it before he got here and hoped it wouldnt be defective. So when the boots Were received it was 2 days before he had fly back out for 3 weeks. These Boots got them a little later then expected but when they came late he tried them on and tied them and the clamp that holds the tie was broken so We were upset and had no time to exchange or wait for new ones we live in small town with only a wal mart but the boot leaks water in them now and so i am gonna assume he will end up buying new ones from some where else to have a dry foot .. ... paid 142 ... 132 boot cost and 10 for faster shipping which didn't really come faster then normal shipping we hoped in spending 132 on boots 1 time for a few months instead of 2 days... but other then that they he likes them ....

Two weeks in I like them more and more. Took two active days to break in. Not the most comfortable boot ever made, but new insoles helped. Well ventilated, good 3 season boot if you work outside. Shipfitter here, outside year round, so as long as the waterproofing holds with care I'll be a happy buyer.

Several reviews mention the sole coming off, but mine are two years old (but not daily wear so they have ~4-6 months worth of wear on them) and no issues. They are waterproof even standing ankle deep in a stream and they are very comfortable.

I bought these boots 3 months ago and the sole is starting to come apart and the tread is starting to go. I buy a lot of boots but these are by far the worst ones I have ever owned. The boots I get, usually last me 2 years. I will be surprised if these make it to 6 months.

Within a month the sole started coming off on the right boot. Walmart boots lasted me longer but I am still waiting on my replacement boots so hopefully this time they wont fall apart

I purchased a pair of these work boots 3 months ago and the sole has started to separate from the boot in the front on both sides which has made me trip a few times. I work inside a warehouse so they aren't exposed to different climates. I love my Romeo's because of their durability and longevity but, I will not be buying another pair of these boots.

I purchased my first pair of Georgia steel toe work boots 12yrs ago and last month just purchased my second pair...my first pair were not water proof like these so I would expect these to last longer!!!! BTW I worked my first pair hard from wet yards to welding tanks...Fairly priced for such a quality product hats off to Georgia Boots....
